Auto C – Z Purlin roll forming machine
1. Purlin roll forming machine line includes:
- Rolling Machine
- Auto - Uncoiler - Decoiler
- Product support table
2. C, C-Z purlin rolling machine can roll with many different sizes of products without replacing the rolling roller system, which can adjust the machine with many sizes:
+ Two sides C(30 => 100), Z (50 => 100)
+ Bottom edge C(60 => 350), Z (120 => 350)
+ Tape thickness up to 1.0 mm => 3.5 mm
3. Technology capabilities:
- Width and height are easily adjusted and fully controlled automatically by computer system.
- All you need is just enter the size and press the control button and then the machine will automatically adjust the rollers according to your requirements.
- The time during automatic roller adjustment is about 5 ~ 10 seconds without having to use your hands. After rolling, the product has a very smooth and beautiful surface.
- The machine is completely dry without using water (The quality of the batch is very good, much better than the SKD steel applied to the best machines in Vietnam today).
- No need to change the cutter.
- Can punch single and double holes with a center distance of 2 holes from 4 cm ~ 25 cm on any position on the purlin tree without changing the punching table.
- The machine is composed of the following main parts: roll discharger, rolling system, hydraulic cutter according to predetermined length, punching unit, PLC automatic control system.
